Nokumuka Dube is recognised for translating lived experiences into systems-level conversations that reframe menstrual equity as foundational infrastructure

Nokumuka Dube is a Pan-African systems and policy-oriented strategist, speaker, and facilitator working at the intersection of menstrual equity, gender governance, public health, and youth leadership development.

She is the Founder of Nokumuka4Impact, Principal at Unalome Consulting, Founder of Unalome Changemakers, and Co-Founder of Aaylah Foundation. Across these platforms, she advances human dignity through systems thinking, social impact strategy, and community-rooted leadership.

Through facilitation and speaking, she creates inclusive spaces that engage both young women and men, challenging stigma while fostering shared responsibility and long-term cultural and systems change.

Her long-term vision is to support the institutionalisation of menstrual equity across African education systems, governance structures, and continental policy frameworks.
